Bellas Closet, a small fashion retailer offering premium dresses, had been facing stagnant Instagram followers. The limited followers and low engagement led to low conversions and actual sales. In addition, the strategy involved actively responding and engaging with clients both on comments and in DM. Leveraging Instagram reels, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns were also strategized to expand reach.

The Solution

Phoenix Coderex LLC devised a solution that involved building a visually engaging feed aligned with the boutique’s brand identity. Reels showcasing outfit transformations and styling videos became viral. 

Whereas the giveaways and influencer partnerships helped attract new audiences. The boutique also introduced some of the new ways to interact with the clients, like Q&A, polls, and surveys.

Moreover, the posts were not optimized, and relevant hashtags were missing. All of these improvements have already helped our past clients to gain some followers and engagement.

The Results
